We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent mapping, and building data-driven hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent across functions.

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates for diverse roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop competency frameworks, and craft effective job descriptions.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from initial interaction to onboarding.
  • Conduct proactive talent mapping to build strong pipelines for critical roles and future organizational needs.
  • Analyze market trends, compensation patterns, and competitor hiring activities to guide recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a live talent intelligence database to support quick hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR partners to align talent acquisition goals with long-term business objectives.
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions, identifying skill gaps and future hiring needs.
  • Build scalable talent acquisition strategies covering sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Use data analytics to track hiring metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, funnel conversions, and quality of hire.
  • Present insights and dashboards to leadership to support data-driven decision making.
  • Continuously optimize hiring processes using analytics, automation, and best practices.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team dynamics and role priorities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies when required and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including content creation, social media drives, and participation in recruitment events.
  • Build strong engagement strategies to keep candidates warm during long hiring cycles.
  • Represent the organization professionally at career fairs, events, and industry forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or related HR roles.
  • Strong expertise in talent mapping, recruiting, sourcing strategies, and interview evaluation.
  • Proficiency in talent analytics, recruitment dashboards, and data-driven hiring.
  • Ability to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.
  • Experience using ATS systems, HRMS, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business understanding and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
