For a leading industrial engineering company specializing in custom-made machinery, we are seeking a highly skilled and independent Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of advanced, tailor-made solutions across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical design and drafting of assemblies and machines – from concept to production.
• Preparing technical proposals and project cost estimates.
• Technical requirements analysis with customers, understanding needs and translating them into engineering solutions.
• Providing technical support to the sales team.
• On-site customer visits for requirement gathering and solution definition.
• Developing customized solutions for various industries (food, chemical, metal, plastics, etc.).
• Working with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad (machining, laser cutting, assemblies, etc.).
• Integrating electrical and control components into mechanical systems.
• Continuous improvement of existing products and leading technological innovation in machinery and automation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in machine design and industrial machinery development – mandatory.
• Full proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) – mandatory.
• Experience in project costing and preparing technical proposals – significant advantage.
• Knowledge in machinery design, pneumatics, and motion/drive systems – significant advantage.
• Strong ability to gather and define engineering requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• System-wide perspective, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges.
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independent and team-oriented work, high responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High-level technical English.
