The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in ERP systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, optimising, and supporting our ERP systems to ensure they align with the organisation’s business needs. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the efficient operation of ERP systems, providing support, and implementing improvements that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise ERP systems for performance and security.
• Align ERP solutions with business requirements and processes.
• Implement new modules, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Provide user support and manage ERP-related issues.
• Oversee upgrades, configurations, and documentation.

Qualifications / Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in supporting ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business stakeholders, establishing and maintaining effective relationships across departments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ERP system certifications (e.g., Pronto, Microsoft Business Central or similar) are a plus.
• Experience with change management and system upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
