About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated quality professional to join our team in Pécs as a local representative for Internal Process Audits and Product Safety (PSCR). This individual contributor role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, supporting process improvements, and driving product safety initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead internal audits, and represent the plant in both internal and external quality matters. If you're passionate about quality, process excellence, and product safety, this role offers a dynamic and impactful opportunity.
- What You Will Do
- Local representative for Internal Process Audit and PSCR (Product Safety Representative) at the Pécs plant.
- Collaborate with internal process owners (IPSO), system audit teams, and design PSCR teams.
- Support and substitute similar roles at other company locations when needed.
- Conduct PSCR process walks and investigations for new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing production.
- Manage and escalate PSCR findings, ensuring proper tracking and resolution.
- Prepare and maintain audit plans (internal audits and IPSO) based on VDA 6.3 standards.
- Execute and report audit results, including lessons learned and improvement proposals.
- Participate in external audits, present findings and PSCR KPIs to auditors.
- Ensure compliance through CoP investigations, PFMEA/Control Plan approvals, and collaboration with compliance experts.
- Present KPIs and audit outcomes at monthly, departmental, and management meetings.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Technical Faculty (Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology) or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Quality Management
- VDA and IATF auditor certificate
- ISO27001 Information Technology Auditor training
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- PSCR knowledge
- CoP relevant knowledge
- Experience in mass production approval for Harman suppliers (similar to IPSO) and process audits
- Quality Management Project and Production (0-KM complaint handling, Initial Sampling, Manufacturing Process Audit, Internal Process Sign-off as co-auditor)
- Professional experience level: 5 years in Quality area
- Professional experience level: 3 years in Audit area
- Have the ability to work independently and diligently with supervision, and cooperate well in the team environment
