This role sits within the Chief Operating Office (COO) division of the UK. The Business Supervision and Risk Analyst is responsible for assisting with the oversight, approval and execution of risk-based activities from the wide range of tasks.
The role holder will collaborate with the Risk and Supervision team, including complaints management, resiliency, disaster recovery plans, process ownership and provide MI quality and performance reporting into the relevant fora.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the analysis and oversight of the regulated sales process within the Private Bank Wealth Management Business (PBWM) and with the overseeing and reporting of key regulatory components for qualifications relating to the Front Office individuals in line with their roles and client engagement
- Providing guidance and support to individuals on the FO processes to be followed in line with the Senior Manager and Certification Regime
- Supporting the application of regulatory and compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure that the PBWM function is fully protected for individuals operating with Significant Harm Functions
- Liaising with Licensing and Registrations Team, Human Resources, Advisory Compliance and Accredited Bodies to maintain the framework to support the Bank’s Fit and Proper standards
- Supporting the COO function where required to identify and mitigate risks and supporting projects to ensure the PBWM function is protected under Run the Bank (RTB) activity and changes in process and legislation
- Providing support on resiliency, disaster recovery, critical process management, Governance and oversight thereof
Your skills and experience
- Strong risk, control, training and competency management skills
- Knowledge of business governance, regulatory change and programme management experience
- Business process and workflow experience, knowledge of front and back-office flows relating to WM or other banking processes
- Business resiliency Governance.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
