The Data Integration Product family is seeking a Senior Product Manager to identify and pursue market opportunities for Information Technology products, define product strategy and roadmaps, and drive product development from business case through market entry. The Senior Product Manager will lead customer engagements, analyze customer, competitor, and market data, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product capabilities meet market needs and financial targets. This role represents and promotes IT products internally and externally and secures funding and approvals to deliver high-impact solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead customer and market research to identify product opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and validate market needs
- Develop product strategy, concepts, and detailed product roadmaps aligned with business goals and financial targets
- Build compelling business cases to determine product viability and obtain funding and executive approval
- Define and oversee business and functional requirements, working closely with engineering, UX, QA, and other IT teams to ensure requirements are met
- Plan and manage product launches and market entry strategies for external products and services
- Create and support product demonstrations, value propositions, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor product performance and adjust product capabilities and strategy to meet financial and market objectives
- Serve as the product advocate, building relationships across business, quality, security, and technical teams to drive adoption and success
- Track and report on product metrics, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in a product management specialist area or related field
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience managing product backlogs
- 3+ years of experience creating executive analytically focused presentations and/or dashboards
- 3+ years of experience in an IT leadership role with exposure to IT Governance, IT Operations, IT Service Management, and/or IT audit
- Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, and/or Gitlab
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Experience with enterprise product launches and go-to-market planning
- Experience with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements relevant to IT products
- Experience working with distributed teams and Agile development methodologies

Summary pay range: $129,200 – $187,450
