Technical Leadership: Design and implement large-scale distributed systems using Java and AWS technologies to power AKG's knowledge access infrastructure. Architect fault-tolerant solutions that efficiently manage petabytes of structured knowledge while maintaining strict SLAs.
Operational Excellence: Partner with systems engineers to troubleshoot complex issues, design automated recovery mechanisms, and develop tools for system resilience. Establish monitoring frameworks and define alerting strategies that ensure 24/7 reliability. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and architect solutions for their unique challenges.
Strategic Impact: Shape technical and product strategy across the organization. Influence roadmap decisions and contribute to the team's technical vision. Partner with AI/ML teams to optimize LLM interactions with structured knowledge, pioneering new approaches for knowledge integration and retrieval.
Team Growth & Excellence: Establish engineering best practices and drive quality standards. Participate in hiring, conduct technical interviews, and mentor junior engineers. Lead design reviews and knowledge sharing initiatives to foster a culture of technical excellence.
