What You'Ll Do:

  • Lead the overall social media strategy: Shaping the digital direction that amplifies our artists’ voices and strengthens the SMEI’s brand across all platforms.
  • Develop and execute high-impact campaigns: Crafting culturally relevant ideas that drive real fan engagement and connect music to moments that matter.
  • Analyse performance with a critical mindset: Turning insights and audience data into smarter strategies and sharper storytelling.
  • Collaborate with artists and internal teams: Acting as the creative bridge that ensures every message, tone, and post aligns with both artistic identity and business goals.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities: Thinking ahead of the curve to spot what’s next, then transforming those insights into competitive advantages.
  • Guide and inspire: Leading with clarity and creativity, elevating people and content to world-class standards.
  • Turn insights into long-term growth: Building sustainable strategies that strengthen fan relationships and expand our artists’ digital presence.
