The Role
IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to multiple advisors (2-4 Partners) to help run the Partners’ day-to-day responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Heavy calendar management - scheduling meetings, anticipating conflicts, booking conference rooms, ensuring prep materials are available, etc.
- Facilitate all travel arrangements (air, rail, hotel, car service)
- Expense management, inputting all expenses and receipts into our expense management portal
- Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing, binding, mailing, client gifting, setting up rooms for meetings, registering visitors, etc.
- Lead and manage special projects as they arise on behalf of the Partners and/or work on firmwide projects with other members of Executive Support Team
- Anticipate the needs of the Partners and determine the best ways to free up their time.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Candidate must thrive and be able to keep up with an everchanging, fast paced environment.
- High-level of integrity and intelligence.
- Must be able to think critically, effectively, anticipate issues.
- Must have high attention to detail in all aspects of the role, work quickly and accurately.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Good relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organization.
- “No task is too small” mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Compensation
The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $100,000 - $130,000, depending on skills and experience.
