Hr Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
You Will:
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and standardisation.
- Perform gap analyses to assess alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
Solution Design & Support
You Will:
- Collaborate with HRIS and technology teams to design, enhance, and configure HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Support testing activities—including unit, system, and user acceptance testing—and ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement
You Will:
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to capture insights and share project updates.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement
You Will:
- Monitor HR system performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Keep up to date with HR technology trends, tools, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
You Will Have:
- Strong experience analysing HR processes and supporting HR technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with key HR platforms (with Oracle HCM Cloud preferred) and solid understanding of data management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
You Will Have:
- Experience supporting HR transformation or end-to-end system implementation projects.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualisation techniques.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, HRIS Certifications, or Business Analysis qualifications.
