Your New Responsibilities

  •    Responsibility for and development of expertise in the assigned production Equipment MWP (Mechanical Wafer Processing)
  •    Configuration and installation of new equipment
  •    Repair, maintenance, modifications, and continuous monitoring of the equipment, including systematic equipment analysis
  •    Commissioning and requalification of equipment in collaboration with the process engineer
  •    Independently resolving issues as part of on-call service
  •    Leading and participating in improvement projects for optimization/modification of existing systems
  •    Acting as a liaison with equipment manufacturers and external service technicians
  •    Collaboration with internal teams (Production, Engineering, Facility)
  •    Creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of maintenance plans and procedures
  •    Documentation of results / preparation of work instructions, training materials, and procedures
  •    Planning and conducting training sessions
  •    Spare parts management


Who we are looking for

  • Completed technical education (higher technical school/technical college or vocational education with several years of technical experience
  • Experience in the fields of engineering, mechatronics, electronics or electrical engineering
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability
  • Takes over responsibility, works independently and makes decisions
  • Willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities)
  • On-call duty
  • Team player and communicates proactively
  • Apply systematic methods in problem solving (QRQC)
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
