Job Description:
- Sort and handle all incoming and outgoing mails including postage, mails among different office premises
- Perform checking and maintain all office equipment, facilities and premises
- Escort external maintenance technician to the location where service is required
- Outdoor duties such as bank in service
- Maintenance and administrative support, including proactive checking on company facilities and equipment, meeting room set up, escort vendors, payment requisition.
- Support projects as assigned such as relocation, new office set up etc.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary level or Diploma holder
- Around 3 years of relevant experience in large organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Client centric mindset
- Good command of MS Office is an advantage
