Responsibilities for the Commercial Carpenter include:

• Drywall installation, finishing, patching, and repair.
• Alteration, repair, construction, and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, and walls.
• Wood and Metal framing.
• Install doors and frames.
• Install drop ceiling grid and tile.
• Install cove base, install and repair modular carpet squares, LVT Tile, and hardwood flooring.
• Interior and exterior surface preparation for painting to include, but not limited to sanding, filling holes, drywall, and wall repair.
• Drive Company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks such as snow removal, material pick up, etc. 
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements For Commercial Carpenter:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• This position will mainly work 1st shift, Monday - Friday but may need occasional availability on different shifts.
• GED or equivalent with 5 to 7 years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use work order systems.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools a plus.
• Valid Driver's License.
