Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing third-party logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations vendors.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in planning, business case development, project, budget or program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S or other continuous Improvement experience.
- Project or Supply Chain Management Certified (PMP, CLTD, CSCP, CPIM).
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing operations in multiple locations simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Manage partner teams dedicated to our account, including account management, spend controls, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), metrics management and escalation management.
- Own the logistics operations management of multiple warehouse or Data Center locations using industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to improve performance, reduce cost and maintain a safe workplace.
- Own and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards and development of business cases to support logistics changes or improvements.
- Create, lead and support Continuous Improvement and cross-functional initiatives with a focus on achieving On Time Installation (OTI) of new cloud machine capacity.
