Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate / IPA Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Power Apps, AI Builder, and integration with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems. The role involves defining architecture, governance, best practices, and ensuring scalable and secure Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and lead the development of enterprise-grade Power Automate (IPA) solutions integrating AI, RPA, and analytics capabilities.

Define and implement Power Platform governance, security, and Center of Excellence (CoE) standards.

Design end-to-end automation architecture that integrates Power Automate with Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and external systems.

Drive adoption of AI Builder models, Power Virtual Agents, and Co-pilot capabilities for intelligent workflow automation.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess complexity, and define technical strategy and roadmap.

• Lead a team of developers and analysts, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural direction.
• Design API and data integration strategies between on-premises and cloud systems.
• Define best practices for flow optimization, error handling, exception management, and performance tuning.
• Ensure all automation aligns with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance policies.

Collaborate with enterprise architects, cloud engineers, and data teams to align Power Platform strategy with overall IT architecture.

Develop and maintain architecture documentation, reusable assets, and reference models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Power Platform / Intelligent Process Automation architecture and delivery.

Deep Expertise In:

• Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
• AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents
• Power BI integration and analytics enablement
• Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365 integrations
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, process re-engineering, and intelligent automation lifecycle.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Cognitive Services) and REST APIs.
• Proven experience defining Power Platform governance frameworks, DLP policies, and environment strategy.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control in Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Center of Excellence (CoE) setup and reusable component frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills / Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) or Power Platform Developer (PL-400).
• Exposure to Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Synapse Analytics, or Data Factory.
• Familiarity with low-code governance, security and compliance frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of Process Mining tools (e.g., Power Automate Process Mining, Celonis, or UiPath Process Mining).
