Description
Cynet is seeking a Release & Project Manager to support release management and project tracking within the R&D department. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and Management to ensure smooth and timely delivery of high-quality releases.
What Will You Do
- Coordinate the end-to-end release process, from planning to production.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and help drive mitigation actions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and schedules.
- Monitor R&D KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
- Manage release content and queries in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Support process improvements and ensure visibility across multiple ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or release management in a tech or R&D environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) – a strong advantage.
- Background in cybersecurity or SaaS companies – an advantage.
- Team player with a proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible approach.
