About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve Zenity’s global onboarding experience for our sales organization. This role is critical to ensuring that every new hire ramps up efficiently, develops deep product and market understanding, and contributes to Zenity’s growth from day one.
You will own the strategy, structure, and delivery of a world-class onboarding experience that scales globally as we continue to expand.
This is a full-time role, open to candidates based in the United States (remote or hybrid/NYC).
What You’Ll Do
- Design, build, and evolve a scalable onboarding program for new sales hires across multiple regions and market segments.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Partners, RevOps, and Enablement to align content with Zenity’s go-to-market strategy.
- Develop engaging learning experiences that combine instructor-led sessions, self-paced learning, and interactive formats.
- Continuously evaluate program impact through data and feedback; iterate to improve ramp time, retention, and performance.
- Establish KPIs and build dashboards to track onboarding effectiveness, progress, and business impact.
- Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional partners to keep content relevant, actionable, and aligned with Zenity’s rapidly evolving product and market.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions, fostering engagement and connection within the new hire community.
- Drive innovation in learning delivery through technology, storytelling, and creative enablement approaches.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, learning & development, or similar roles within SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to create and manage scalable onboarding programs across GTM teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring impact, analyzing skill gaps, and using insights to improve programs.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across functions and time zones.
- A passion for empowering others to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience designing and delivering eLearning and blended learning programs, including proficiency with Articulate, Lessonly, Rise, Captivate, or other authoring tools.
