SEO Specialist

B2Tech is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive and optimize organic growth across our digital properties by executing SEO strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and traffic while applying a hands-on, data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll leverage strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of on-page and off-page fundamentals as you collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketers to embed SEO best practices across our websites.

Your Impact:

• Assist in planning and executing SEO campaigns that drive measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research to map topics and identify content opportunities.
• Brief writers/translators and QA SEO-optimized content (titles, metas, internal links, basic schema where applicable).
• Optimize existing pages (H1–H3 structure, copy, media, internal linking) against best practices and target keywords.
• Monitor and report performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party tools; provide insights and recommendations.
• Stay current on algorithm updates and industry trends; share learnings with the team.
• Support link-building and digital PR (prospecting, outreach coordination, publishing on niche platforms).
• Partner with developers/designers to implement technical SEO improvements and ensure SEO-friendly releases.

Our Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Solid understanding of on-page/off-page fundamentals, Core Web Vitals, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Experience with keyword strategy, content optimization, and basic technical SEO.
• Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs and/or SEMrush.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable steps.
• Basic experience with WordPress (Elementor), HTML, and CSS; familiarity with tracking/UTM best practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.
