Email Marketing Specialist

Started as a dream of one Icelandic couple, Arctic Adventures today is a big group of professional guides, customer care specialists, marketing and sales teams, operations specialists, IT, and others based in Vilnius and Iceland.

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to work with Arctic Adventures brands, and oversee email marketing campaigns from start to finish on email marketing platforms. We are looking for someone familiar with e-commerce, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, policies, and an advanced understanding of audiences and tracking to join our Marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Responsibilities:

• Identify target audiences and grow our email list;
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automations;
• Develop strategy and lead the execution of the email marketing strategies;
• Ensure high deliverability across different domains;
• Work cross-functionally with content, design, analytics, product managers, and development;
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights;
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategy and execution;
• Report on deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and sales revenue generated from email marketing influence;
• Ensure compliance with email marketing industry standards and best practices;

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing
• Proficiency in email marketing tools and/or CRM tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge about email deliverability, spam laws, and compliance.
• In-depth understanding of User Experience (UX), design, and email marketing best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of additional marketing channels and performance marketing analytics is a plus

Gross Monthly Salary:

1870 – 2630 eur gross monthly (depending on your experience and expertise). Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competence.
