• Schedule:<\/b> Full-time (40 hours per week), Flexible during client's business hours (10am to 5pm MST)

Responsibilities<\/b>:<\/p>

• Interface with location managers via Slack to ensure proper transaction allocation to correct accounts<\/p><\/li>
• Perform monthly account reconciliations across all locations<\/p><\/li>
• Transfer journal entries from Rock Gym Pro (point of sale system) to QuickBooks<\/p><\/li>
• Provide regular financial updates with improved accuracy and timeliness<\/p><\/li>
• Handle budgeting and expense management across multiple locations<\/p><\/li>
• Perform tax accounting functions and potentially file tax returns<\/p><\/li>
• Reduce the CEO's involvement in day-to-day financial management tasks<\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
• Manage daily bookkeeping operations in QuickBooks Online for three business locations
• <\/p><\/li>

• Complete ownership of day-to-day financial operations and monthly reporting

• Strategic involvement in budgeting and expense management decisions
