We now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our high-performing Customer Support team. If you love delivering great service and you’re ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you

About The Role

  • As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and car park operations across all states.
  • Provide outstanding customer service across phone, intercom, email, and online chat.
  • Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor CCTV and respond to operational issues in real time.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.
  • Complete daily reporting, system checks, and troubleshooting within the car parks.
  • Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team.

The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working the following shifts:

Option 1:

  • Mon–Fri rotating roster between 6am and 9pm
  • Weekends required occasionally
  • Shifts may include:
  • 6am–2:30pm
  • 7am–3:30pm
  • 8am–4:30pm
  • 9am–5:30pm
  • 10am–6:30pm
  • 11am–7:30pm
  • 12:30pm–9pm

Option 2:

  • Sat–Wed roster
  • Sat & Sun shifts between 7am and 9pm (e.g., 7am–3:30pm or up to 12:30pm–9pm depending on business needs).
  • Mon–Wed shift generally 12:30pm–9pm (flexibility required based on operations).
  • Roster provided 2+ weeks in advance.
  • Public Holidays worked on rotation – 2 days in lieu provided.

You Will Need To:

  • Have the ability to work independently in our beautiful office and during nights/weekends.
  • Be passionate, dynamic, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a high-performing culture.
  • Be comfortable/confident working in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, especially during peak call times.
  • Thrive autonomously and be a part of our team.
  • Have proficiency in computer technology and MS Office platforms.
  • Be a Lateral thinker and have strong problem-solving skills while liaising with customers.
