We’re entering a major period of digital transformation, and this role will be key in helping modernise and strengthen our technology across multiple sites.
The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Group IT Manager to lead our day-to-day IT operations, manage multi-site support and oversee the move from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
You will ensure our IT systems, networks and cloud platforms are secure, reliable and performing effectively. The role includes responsibility for cyber security, user access management, outsourced providers and the lifecycle of all IT assets.
Key Duties
- Manage IT networks, cloud environments and infrastructure
- Lead Microsoft 365 migration and implementation
- Support users across multiple sites
- Maintain cyber security controls and compliance
- Manage outsourced IT providers and SLAs
- Produce training and documentation in accessible language
Essential Experience
- Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams)
- Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA and device management
- Multi-site IT support or management
- IT change or migration projects
- Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
Desirable

Google Workspace Experience
- MDM tools (e.g., Intune)
- Cyber Essentials or ISO27001 knowledge
