Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on a permanent basis on our Innovation team. This position is a remote opportunity and can based anywhere across Canada.

What You’Ll Do:

• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reporting tools through collaboration, prototyping, and agile practices to provide business value quickly.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, manage expectations, and act as a liaison to align requirements, roadmaps, and adoption strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through rigorous testing, risk management, and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Intake and assess business requests, apply prioritization frameworks, and translate requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Promote data literacy, monitor adoption, lead training, and drive iterative enhancements by staying current with BI trends and best practices.

Who you’ll work with:
You will work closely with other specialists and Data Analysts and will report into the Manager, Analytic Services. This team strives to cultivate a culture of transparency, collaboration and diversity.

• Who you are:
• You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:
• Have 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics and business. intelligence solutions from project initiation to project adoption i.e., have worked on complete Analytics SDLC. 
• Have a MicroStrategy Architect or MicroStrategy Analyst Certification.
• Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, 
• Have strong knowledge and technical skills with Microsoft Office tools, SQL, MicroStrategy, and Teradata. 
• Have good knowledge and skills with Agile, JIRA practices.
