Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI Designer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design and design system, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life across various platforms.

What The Role Entails:

• Build, scale, and sustain a world-class design system in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Balance detailed UI craftsmanship with broader system-level strategy.
• Design polished UI and interaction patterns tailored to the healthcare industry.
• Maintain a communicative, team-oriented design system practice.
• Solve complex systems-architecture challenges through deep, thoughtful design thinking.

What We’Re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in product design, including 2+ years contributing directly to a scaled design system.
• Skills: Exceptional UI and interaction design craft.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, especially component-building tools.
• Familiarity with front-end concepts (React, HTML/CSS, iOS, Android) and how design systems map into code.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Mindset: Passion for design craft, systems thinking, and enabling teammates to do their best work.
