About Us

We operate multiple high-traffic brands in the global online casino and gaming industry. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who can own and scale organic search performance across three of our flagship brands.

This is a hybrid role based in Malta, offering the flexibility of remote work with essential in-office collaboration.

Role Overview

• The Senior SEO Specialist will lead the SEO strategy across three online casino brands, each with different audiences, markets, and technical structures.
• We’re looking for someone with large website SEO experience or SEO agency experience managing multiple brands at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for three online casino brands.
• Perform technical SEO audits and lead implementation.
• Optimize landing pages, game pages, promotional pages, and content assets.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor/SERP analysis.
• Collaborate with developers on technical improvements.
• Guide SEO-led content production.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and growth opportunities.
• Respond to algorithm updates and industry shifts.
• Manage multilingual or multi-market SEO challenges.
• Produce reports and dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Experience with large-scale websites or SEO agency environments.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge.
• Familiarity with competitive industries such as casino, sportsbook, finance, or affiliate SEO.
• Proficiency with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
• Ability to manage SEO across multiple brands.
• Comfortable working hybrid in Malta.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Bonus Experience:

• Direct iGaming / casino SEO experience.
• International SEO experience.
• UX, CRO, or product-led SEO background.
• SQL or data visualization skills.
