Quality Control Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an Quality Control Technician who will be working with our Hypercar production. Main focus will be to inspect parts, assemblies and vehicles to verify conformity with Zenvo specifications, ensuring issues are identified, contained and corrected.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of parts, assemblies and vehicles.
• Use measurement tools (calipers, gauges, CMM/3D scanning where applicable) and visual standards.
• Record inspection results in quality systems and issue non-conformance reports.
• Support root cause analysis and containment activities.
• Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production to support right-first-time quality and reduce rework.
• Contribute to development and updating of control plans and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Technical education (automotive, mechanical or similar).
• Experience in quality inspection in automotive or precision manufacturing.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and basic statistics.
• High attention to detail and integrity in decision making.
• Ability to read drawings and understand tolerances.
• Clear communication and assertiveness on the shop floor.
• Structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
