About The Role
We’re hiring a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid advertising and SEO efforts for a growing e-commerce business. Your top priority will be scaling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. You’ll also play a key role in improving organic reach through SEO, GEO-targeted pages, and community-based content.
This is a performance-driven position; we’re looking for someone who can show real-world wins and back it up with data.
Responsibilities
- 1. Meta Advertising (Top Priority)
- 4. Content & Community Growth
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Test audiences, creatives, placements, and scale winners
- Focus on ROAS, CAC, and lead cost reduction
- Build retargeting strategies using custom audiences and dynamic ads
- Deliver weekly reports with actionable insights
2. Google Ads
- Manage Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Refine keyword targeting, negatives, bidding, and ad copy
- Increase Quality Scores and conversion rates
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, GA4, and UTM tagging
- Provide clear performance analysis and ROI reports
3. Geo & Seo
- Build and update GEO-targeted landing pages
- Conduct keyword research and track rankings
- Improve on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, content clusters)
- Analyze and act on data from Google Search Console and Analytics
- Write blog posts, tutorials, and how-to guides
- Engage with forums like Reddit and Quora to build brand presence
- Use Canva to assist with basic graphic content (if needed)
- Track competitor trends and emerging marketing tactics
Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Shopify experience (landing pages, product pages, etc.)
- Email marketing tools like Klaviyo
- Graphic design tools (Canva, Figma)
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing profitable Meta and Google Ad campaigns
- Can share past metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.)
- Hands-on SEO and keyword optimization skills
- Excellent written English
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Organized, driven, and proactive
- Comfortable with new tools and structured SOPs
