Job vacancy: Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the implementation of MCB’s digital marketing activities, ensuring that digital content, platforms, and campaigns deliver an engaging, user-centric, and data-driven experience.
In This Role You Will:
- Support the execution of digital marketing plans and campaigns by providing analytical backing for brand and top-of-funnel campaigns;
- Assist in managing digital channels by conducting competitive benchmarking, A/B testing, reviewing customer insights, and gathering feedback from cross-functional partners to guide enhancements;
- Collate and analyze data using pre-defined tools, methods, and formats to generate accurate reports that inform digital marketing decisions;
- Contribute to customer research by reporting on customer interactions, trends, needs, segments, and expectations;
- Extract and combine data to produce standard insights and dashboards, enabling continuous optimization of digital channels;
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of content across all digital platforms, including websites, social media pages, and online assets;
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize content and improve digital discoverability;
- Work with front-end developers and digital designers to implement UX improvements based on analytics and user feedback;
- Conduct regular quality-control checks to ensure digital content meets organizational standards, guidelines, and accessibility best practices;
- Coordinate with various internal teams to align content with business priorities, marketing campaigns, and product launches;
- Liaise with stakeholders to create, update, and maintain campaign web pages and digital initiatives;
- Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure alignment of needs, timelines, and expectations.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing, digital campaign coordination, content management, analytics, or similar roles.
Or
- HSC
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, digital campaign coordination, content management, analytics, or similar roles.
A combination of both qualifications and experience will also be considered.
You will also be required to demonstrate:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making;
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with digital marketing, analytics tools, and standard office software;
- Ability to manage data with accuracy, maintain information quality, and apply data-control practices;
- Proficiency in report creation and the ability to communicate findings to a variety of audiences;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders;
- Understanding of UX, SEO, web content management, and digital best practices;
- Ability to manage small project work assignments within cost, time, and quality requirements.
