HR Manager – HR Strategy & Recruitment Lead

Hr Manager – Hr Strategy & Recruitment Lead
Workplace: 11100, RabatWhat To Expect:
- Lead and develop the HR team, define department KPIs, and ensure efficient performance
- Align local HR policies with Group strategy
- Handle full recruitment cycle and oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
- Build and maintain university / school partnerships to support talent acquisition
- Manage employee lifecycle (contracts, leaves, payroll, compliance) and ensure labor law adherence
- Coordinate internal HR communication and promote company culture and values
- Implement and enforce Health & Safety policies in cooperation with the Group H&S team
What You Bring Along:
- Completed degree in HR, business administration, or similar
- Several years of experience as an HR generalist or HRBP in an international environment
- In-depth knowledge of Moroccan labor law
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Business fluent in French and English is needed
- High level of initiative, intercultural competence
