Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for Kenny U-Pull’s Call Center, located in front of the Carrefour Laval in Laval, Quebec. Reporting to the Call Center Supervisor, you will play the crucial role of ambassador for our trademark, and you will be responsible to create an outstanding personalized experience.
What You'Re Responsible For:
- Answering calls and general inquiries of clients who would like to have information on our stocks, prices and mode of operation;
- Taking the time to understand the specific needs of each client and propose personalized solutions;
- Inform the clients on our various products (batteries, tires, etc.) and services;
- Guide the clients in the utilization of our website;
- Promote in-person visits to our several branches;
- Register the clients to our personalized email system « Alert-Me »;
- Any other task related to the role.
Qualifications
To Join Our Team:
- You are a strong communicator in both English and French (required)
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- You have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You have interest in working within the automotive industry (preferred)
