We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial performance and lifecycle management of major service delivery contracts. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve successful commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and contractual oversight across the full contract lifecycle.
- Support negotiation and administration of contracts, amendments and pricing structures.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to operational and project teams.
- Identify and mitigate contractual, financial and compliance risks.
- Support the development and application of commercial frameworks, workflows and contract governance processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and clients to support successful contract delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, including commercial systems, reporting and technology enhancements.
About You
You bring commercial confidence, strong contractual judgment and the ability to balance legal, operational and financial priorities. You will be comfortable working across diverse stakeholders and negotiating outcomes that balance service delivery, compliance and commercial value.
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, business or similar.
- Demonstrated experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract law and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to analyse and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Desirable:
- Experience working in complex or service-based contract environments.
- Exposure to change management or cross-functional delivery programs.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced operational settings with competing priorities.
