• Job Title: Art Director / Designer Location: Warsaw (Praga Północ) - hybrid model - 2 day per month in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days

💡Your Role In A Nutshell

We are looking for a versatile Art Director / Designer with a passion for bringing ideas to life across all formats - from static visuals and illustrations to motion graphics and AI-generated content. You will be responsible for crafting a wide range of digital and social assets from initial concept to final delivery against the media plan. 

This role is perfect for someone fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) who is curious about how emerging AI tools can elevate creative work. We are looking for someone who understands social media dynamics, is passionate about culture and interior design, and has a drive to create award-winning work. 

Note: We are open to candidates at both Junior (1–2 years exp) and Regular/Mid (3–5 years exp) levels. 

🥇 Your Scope & Impact:

• Work on campaigns from brief to execution, developing high-quality visual content for social, digital, and integrated media. 
• Create engaging motion graphics, short video edits, and animations. 
• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines (CI) while experimenting with fresh formats and styles. 
• Contribute to creative reviews and brainstorms, providing fresh visual ideas and insights. 
• Stay on top of cultural trends, platform updates, and best practices in social content design. 

🔑Skills And Experience Required To Be Successful In This Role Include:

• Junior: 1–3 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative setting. 
• Regular: 3–5 years of experience. 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is essential. Knowledge of Figma is an advantage. 
• Ability to create assets for digital and social platforms that adhere to latest platform best practices. 
• Understanding of how design choices affect storytelling, audience engagement, and brand presence. 
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools. 
• A genuine interest in culture, interior design and the creative industry. 
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
