Job Description
Position Summary
The Stay Aspen Snowmass Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience for all visitors to Aspen Snowmass. This position works closely with the management team and vacation specialists to maintain the highest standards of customer service while directly managing reservations for various properties. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between guests, internal staff, and hotel/property management companies, driving seamless communication and accurate booking operations. This position reports to The Stay Aspen Snowmass Director.
The budgeted compensation range for this position is $23.50 - $28.50 per. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline representative for customer service issues related to bookings, applying sound judgment and company policies to maintain service quality.
- Execute the timely and accurate charging of final payments for all confirmed reservations, adhering to established accounting and financial protocols.
- Provide necessary backup and support for inbound telephone sales within the call center environment, ensuring continuity of service during peak periods or staff shortages.
- Responds to emails and phone inquiries from guests regarding reservations.
- Conduct continuous, systematic review and follow-up on all booked reservations to verify data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to booking standards.
- Call compliance monitoring in Revinate phone system.
- Represent Stay Aspen Snowmass through courteous, professional, and friendly service; actively cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, guests, tour operators, and lodging properties to enhance the company's hospitality presence.
- Evaluate agent phone calls for quality and effectiveness, providing objective critique and analysis that informs targeted coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience preferred in a sales or customer service role within the travel, tourism, or hospitality-related industry.
- College degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong professional communication skills
- Proficient software knowledge including Inntopia, Resort Technology Partners (RTP), Hotel Property Management, Revinate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle interpersonal and team conflicts in a constructive manner
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus
