Mission

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with affinity static graphics as well as familiarity with motion to support our Marketing & Creative team in producing high-quality, brand-aligned visuals across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who considers themselves a graphic-design–first creator, but who can confidently produce light motion work when needed—simple animations, UI clips, or short-form social videos.

You’ll report into Marketing & Creative leadership and work closely with Content, Social Media, Product Marketing, Web, and Demand Gen. Your work will shape the way prospects and customers experience the DoorLoop brand across digital campaigns, product narratives, and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Deliver brand-aligned creative across channels

  • Produce static assets for social, paid ads, email, landing pages, webinars, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Create light motion assets as needed (simple animations, UI snippets, social clips).
  • Own assigned tasks from brief to final output with high-quality execution and on-time delivery.
  • Organize design files and create reusable components to support faster team production.

Create engaging, high-performing visuals

  • Turn messaging and concepts into compelling, scroll-stopping creative.
  • Develop variations (layouts, hooks, formats) for testing with Social and Demand Gen.
  • Iterate based on feedback, data, and performance insights.

Maintain and evolve DoorLoop’s brand identity

  • Uphold strict brand consistency across all assets.
  • Help formalize and scale our brand system—templates, components, visual standards, motion guidelines.
  • Contribute thoughtful improvements to layouts, patterns, typography, or motion style.

Collaborate across the marketing organization

  • Work hand-in-hand with PMM, Content, Growth, and Social to bring campaigns and product stories to life.
  • Communicate clearly, flag risks early, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute visual direction.

Optimize creative for performance and scalability

  • Adapt assets to platform requirements (aspect ratios, file sizes, export specs, accessibility basics).
  • Apply market and performance learnings to refine creative quality.
  • Maintain structured workflows and reusable design systems.
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT) to support ideation and speed when appropriate.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing-focused graphic design (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • A graphic-design–first portfolio showcasing strong fundamentals in layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Some experience with light motion design (basic animations, social motion, UI clips).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Comfortable using AI creative tools for brainstorming and workflow acceleration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests at once.
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
