You will manage the full hiring cycle, with a focus on identifying top talent, particularly in Data, Analytics, and Research. This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building great teams.
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contract to drive recruitment for our scaling teams. You will manage the full hiring cycle, with a focus on identifying top talent, particularly in Data, Analytics, and Research. This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building great teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Hiring: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from initial sourcing through to offer and pre-onboarding coordination.
- Source Specialized Talent: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using direct search and innovative channels, with a focus on Data, Analytics, and BI roles.
- Coordinate & Communicate: Efficiently schedule interviews and act as the primary, timely point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Ensure Smooth Transitions: Partner with the People team to support seamless onboarding for new hires and offboarding logistics for departing employees.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven success in hiring for data, analytics, research or technical roles is highly preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
- An excellent communicator in both English and Chinesd
- A proactive self-starter comfortable in a scaling environment.
