The Impact You'Ll Make
The HR Shared Services Specialist plays a key role in delivering centralized HR support across various functions. This position is responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across HR and business teams.

What We'Re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Accounting or related; payroll/HR certifications a plus
- Experience: 2–4 years in payroll/HR operations; hands-on with Tress Revolution, +Orden, ticket systems and advanced Excel
- Languages: English (B1–B2); basic Portuguese a plus
- Competencies: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator, service-minded
