Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Content Creator specialising in hotel activities, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our guest experiences and promoting our unique offerings through engaging and creative content.

• Develop and implement a content strategy that highlights our hotel's activities and amenities
• Create compelling written content for our website, blog, and social media channels
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of hotel activities, events, and guest experiences
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals to support marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Stay up-to-date with the latest content creation trends and tools
• Analyse content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Work closely with different departments to gather information about hotel activities and guest feedback
• Develop creative ideas for new content series or campaigns to engage potential guests

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms
• Proficiency in photography and videography, including editing software
• Strong graphic design skills and experience with design tools
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest activities
• Understanding of current travel and tourism trends
• Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus
