Sebenza LLC is a leading technology solutions provider based in Washington D.C. We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
  • Train and support end-users on new technologies and software applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
