In this capacity, you will be working closely with other teams and will dive into daily operations processes. The resource will also manage our use of various technical tools to optimize our cloud infrastructure and help drive efficiency. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Basic understanding Virtualization, Storage, Data Protection, Windows, and Linux/Unix environments
• Basic level of administration, monitoring, uptime, performance, security, patching and troubleshooting of all above enumerated technologies
• Work with users and IT groups to troubleshoot and solve basic operational issues 
• Assist in working with vendors and datacenter technicians for installing/troubleshooting/replacing hardware as necessary 
• Assist in maintenance activities outside of normal business hours, based on a set of well-established standards and procedures
• Have a passion for problem-solving and troubleshooting issues
• Able to work effectively across organizational and geographical boundaries with supervision and direction of management and/or coworkers
• Willingness to gain new skills

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related courses
• Previous experience in Infrastructure IT on professional environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.       
• Good Knowledge of scripting languages and techniques 
• Effective communication skills.  Must be proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Working knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing and cloud service providers (at least 1
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (primary)
• Microsoft Azure (primary)
• General understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technology (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Converged On_prem)
• 1-3 years of experience in Managing infrastructure systems.
• Familiarity with Cloud, Virtualization, Linux, Windows, Nutanix, Data Protection and Storage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

• Cloud certifications for Azure, OCI, AWS is a plus
• Proven skills in Excel, SharePoint, Reporting Frameworks such as Power BI etc is a plus.
