Job Description
- 1.Client Relationship Management
- ■ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with long-term relationships with customers.
- ■ Act as the primary point of contact for these clients.
- 2.Strategic Account Planning
- ■ Develop account plans aligned with the client’s business goals and the company’s objectives.
- ■ Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the partnership.
- 3.Revenue Growth
- ■ Ensure retention and growth of key accounts.
- ■ Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- ■ Weekly monitoring of forecast accuracy and trend variation
- ■ Quarterly pricebook and BOM cost update and submission
- 4.Internal Coordination
- ■ Collaborate with PM teams, RD Teams, Buyers, Operation Teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- ■ Communicate client feedback internally to improve products/services.
