Job Description

  • 1.Client Relationship Management
  • ■ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with long-term relationships with customers.
  • ■ Act as the primary point of contact for these clients.
  • 2.Strategic Account Planning
  • ■ Develop account plans aligned with the client’s business goals and the company’s objectives.
  • ■ Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the partnership.
  • 3.Revenue Growth
  • ■ Ensure retention and growth of key accounts.
  • ■ Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • ■ Weekly monitoring of forecast accuracy and trend variation
  • ■ Quarterly pricebook and BOM cost update and submission
  • 4.Internal Coordination
  • ■ Collaborate with PM teams, RD Teams, Buyers, Operation Teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • ■ Communicate client feedback internally to improve products/services.
