This role serves as a strategic finance manager within the Wholesale FP&A and Advisory team. Core responsibilities include executive financial reporting and analysis and guidance for high-impact strategic decision making to LOB partners. This teammate will own the development of month-end reporting and consolidation, short-and-long-term forecasts as well as the annual financial plan. This role requires the ability to operate with a high degree of independence and strategic influenceESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- 1. Serve as a strategic business consultant to supported lines of business.
- 2. Lead performance evaluations and prepare executive-level financial insights.
- 3. Own development of short- and long-term forecasts and the annual financial plan.
- 4. Provide financial guidance for new product development, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- 5. Mentor analysts and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- 6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- 7. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.2. Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis.3. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables.4. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes. Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners in a concise and useful manner.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7. Sound and logical decision-making abilities.8. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.9. Familiarity with GAAP. High proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other basic software products. Financial Modeling experience.
- Advanced excel skills. Ability to build robust ad hoc reports and financial tools for business cases to help drive new initiatives2. Experience with creating and developing strategic finance materials for senior leaders. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple urgent priorities at once4. Can effectively partner with a variety of teams to accomplish high priority requests5. Excellent relationship building skills; can navigate a large organization seamlessly 6. Ability to influence cross-functional partners within the organization7. Master's degree or MBA 8. Specific financial services or specialized industry experience.9. Proficient in Essbase/Hyperion, EPM/BPC, or other enterprise accounting software.10. Experience with macros/VBA.
