About The Role
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on HR Business Partner who can support business leaders in building high-performing teams. This role will anchor Performance Management, Learning & Development, and People Analytics, while driving culture, programs, and org effectiveness.
What You’Ll Own
- Partner with business leaders on org design, talent planning, and people strategy.
- Lead Performance Management cycles, OKR alignment & continuous feedback culture.
- Drive Learning & Development programs, skills-gap analysis & capability building.
- Own People analytics—attrition insights, engagement metrics, productivity dashboards.
- Solve org challenges using data-driven insights & leadership partnership.
- Manage employee experience interventions & governance.

- Experience as HRBP in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment.
- Strong grounding in performance systems & capability frameworks.
- Excellent grip on Google Sheets, data analysis, and insights storytelling.
- High empathy, problem-solving capability, and business acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
- Proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization.
- Surge to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
