Accountant

Fixed Asset Accounting

• Manage capital expenditure and support CAPEX budgeting and forecasting activities, including RFA coordination, project monitoring and reporting
• Coordinate with shared service team to maintain FA register, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals and transfers. 
• Perform FA physical count

Account Receivable Management

• Process customer invoices and credit memo in a timely manner and in compliance with revenue recognition policy
• Reconcile AR subledger to GL and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts with credit team and coordinate collections
• Collaborate with sales and credit teams to address billing disputes.

Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries for AR and FA
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing documentation as required.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and accounting standards of both local statutory and US GAAP
• Assist on simplification project to improve work efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of working experience in accounting, prior exposure to AR or FA accounting preferred.

• Strong Communication Skills

• Good English reading and writing skills
• Being familiar with ERP system with advanced Excel skills
