Join us as a: Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and targeted outreach.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure an efficient and data-driven recruitment process using tools like Workable ATS and automation solutions.
  • Actively explore and implement AI and automation to improve sourcing efficiency and overall recruitment workflow.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
  • Drive continuous improvements and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What You’Ll Need To Succeed:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in talent acquisition, ideally for tech-focused or fast-scaling companies.
  • Experience using Workable ATS
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills; confident in identifying and approaching passive candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing strategies that target competitor teams.
  • Comfortable working in heavy-change, fast-moving environments.
  • Highly analytical and solution-oriented; able to troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
  • Strong interest in using AI and automation to evolve recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing and able to work on a 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight PHT shift.
  • Experience using Workable ATS
