1. Content Creation
- Assist in creating engaging social media posts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop creative content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Contribute to idea generation for creative and impactful content.
- Write engaging scripts for videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Focus on achieving a 5%+ improvement in post engagement metrics through innovative content ideas.

- Ensure timely scheduling of posts according to the content plan.
- Maintain 100% adherence to the content calendar and deadlines.
3. Community Engagement
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages on social media.
- Aim for a 90%+ response rate to foster community interaction.
- Monitor follower feedback and share insights with the senior team for strategy refinement.
- Stay updated on current social media trends and recommend content ideas to capitalize on them.
- Identify 2–3 trends per month that align with brand identity for potential content opportunities.
- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and the content team to ensure cohesive content output.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Provide input during team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Assist in tracking the performance of content through analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly reports on content reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Identify 2–3 areas for improvement based on performance data each month.
7. Brand Storytelling
- Craft compelling captions, stories, and short-form content that align with the brand’s storytelling approach.
- Write scripts that bring brand narratives to life in an authentic and engaging manner.
- Focus on creating content that enhances the brand's personality and voice.
- Collaborate with the design team to create simple graphics, story templates, and short-form videos.
- Ensure all visual content is high quality and aligned with brand aesthetics.
9. Campaign Ownership
- Take ownership of assigned campaigns, working closely with the team lead.
- Support marketing team leads in executing social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways.
- Ensure campaign content is developed and scheduled on time.
- Contribute to achieving a 5–10% increase in campaign engagement.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance social media skills.
- Stay up to date with new tools and trends in the social media landscape.
- Complete at least 2 relevant courses every quarter for continuous upskilling.
Requirements
- Experience: Fresh to 2 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communication)
- Strong scriptwriting and content ideation skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Good communication and collaboration skills
