Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track and if not recommend solutions / action plan for rectification
Achieve team level sales target of all assigned products, including cross sell target
Source, select and recruit sales people
Mentor top performing sales staff to become future sales manager
Manage non performers
Supervise sales people to ensure that they meet activity standard
Source new developers’ channel for end financing projects and other alternate channels for sub sales market
Prepare developers’ launching schedule and ensure sales executives active participation
Coach sales people to achieve the targeted approval rate
Lead all staff to meet the bank’s compliance procedures and guidelines
Retain performing and potential sales people
Motivate and counsel sale people to be high performers
