Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in our brand new Munich office, Rindermarkt – steps from Marienplatz)
About The Role
- The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from territory mapping, outbound pipeline generation, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiation & contracting, to closing the deal
- Work closely with current and prospective customers in the DACH region as a trusted digital advisor to gain a deep understanding of their outstanding company challenges and goals.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities through business development and strategic market mapping, working to meet and exceed quotas.
- Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution
- Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on monday.com.
- Partner with the customer going forward to help them grow with monday.com
Requirements
- Minimum one year of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience in the project management and work collaboration space preferred
- Is familiar with generating 50% plus pipeline - Outbound strategy
- Familiar with a solution-selling environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of success and overachievement
- Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Energetic and curious team player with strong communication skills, you are eager to contribute to the company culture, where success is rewarded through both performance and collaboration.
- Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Fluent German speaker and English is a must.

Ideally coming from a Saas environment - sometimes headhunters or consulting
