We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for an Account Executive (BDM) to be part of our team. You will be positioned as the digital expert to provide guidance to our prospects via phone and virtual meetings on how to help them achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. You will have a fully qualified brief and know everything about their business going in. You then position the right solution they need and manage them through the process of becoming a customer and joining the iSeekplant family!

Here's what you will be doing each week:
- You start the week reporting on the previous vs KPIs and how you are tracking using Hubspot then jump into our weekly Kahoot (Gamified Training).
- You’ll be booked into 12 meetings per week with prospects.
- You debrief before each meeting with the ADR (Account Development Representative).
- You follow a process that is tried and tested on solution selling and positioning
- Proactively manage and nurture a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Now it's up to you to build the value and identify what the customer needs and most importantly wants, bringing those two together.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an account executive, sales, or BDM role, with a demonstrated track record of closing a high volume of deals.
- We love data. Our results on websites and performance marketing products are market leading.
- Ability to quickly build rapport, accurately identify buying signals, and effectively guide customers through the purchasing process without being pushy.
- You attend end of month division wide meetings. We celebrate success with house parties. Not at your house but at our office with beer pong, table tennis and much more.
- There is a monthly School of Excellence to continue to refine your skills and quarterly courses through Google and Hubspot recommended.
- Quarterly travel may be required locally and/or interstate to meet with prospects who want to meet in person if the solution validates it.
Skills and experience that will help you to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an account executive, sales or BDM role, where you have successfully closed a high volume of deals
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) for pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
- You know your way around GSuite or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- You can build rapport quickly, identify buying signals and have the ability to guide a customer through to purchasing without being pushy
- You know the importance of managing expectations, under promise and over delivering. We need to keep customers for a lifetime!
- We don’t expect you to know machinery (bonus points if you do!), but you need the ability to pick up the language and lingo quickly.
- You’re able to solve problems and think on your feet to handle objections.
- Exceptional communication skills, using technology, phone, virtual and in person meetings.
