About The Roles

We are looking for experienced Senior Carpenters to join our teams in Brisbane and Townsville. These are hands-on leadership roles designed for seasoned professionals who take pride in their craft and enjoy mentoring others.

You will work across a wide range of commercial projects, from fit-outs and refurbishments to ongoing maintenance and construction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work, we would love to hear from you.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering high-quality carpentry across building and maintenance projects
• Leading and mentoring junior carpenters and apprentices onsite
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and project documentation
• Coordinating with subcontractors and other trades for smooth project delivery
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant job site
• Suggesting improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes
• Communicating clearly with clients and supervisors to meet deadlines

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a qualified carpenter
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety standards
• Confidence in supervising small teams and managing site delivery
• Excellent time management and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Proficiency with project management software ( SimPRO or similar)
• White Card and valid driver’s licence
• High attention to detail and solid communication skills
