HR Generalist Intern

The Role:

For our Head Quarter in Lainate (MI), we are seeking an HR Generalist intern. He/She will support the HRBP to carry out all the department related activities, ensuring the goals set for the function achieved and exceeded.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Carry out the recruiting activities, by updating the job descriptions and attending job interviews.
• Country specific administration of day-to-day tasks (translations, policy updating, information gathering, etc.).
• Provide HR solutions support, advice and consultation to employees. Provides tools and information to support effective delivery of HR services and processes (Workday, XLC and all HR related tools).
• Implementing training and development programs. Cooperate with external consulting companies. Organize local training and classrooms; keep track of training records and registers; gather and prepare the documentation needed to be compliant with the funded training.
• Keep HR data, files and documents stored and updated.
• Ensure the onboarding activities are scheduled and executed in time.
• Contribute to arrange internal communications and to organize employee events and watermark events, etc.

• Being the primary back up, in case of HRBP absence, to provide general support.
• Master's Degree or post graduate courses in Human Resources
• Good English and fluent Italian
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Good sense of humor
• LOCATION: Lainate (MI), (need to have a driver’s license and his/her own car)
• CONTRACT: 6 months internship with possibility of extension
• Implementing and monitoring the local projects sponsored by the HR department.
